I.T.A. Information Technoligy Academy

I.T.A. Information Technoligy Academy is located right on G.T. Road in Sulem Sarai. We are just a short walk from Tara Bank, building 55. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside sometimes, but we keep the computers running and the students busy. We’ve been here in Allahabad for a while now, specifically in the Ahmedganj area. It isn't a very big place, just enough room for the desks and some old chairs we’ve had since we started. Most of the people who come here live nearby in Sulem Sarai, but lately, we have been helping a lot of people from Gorakhpur too. They travel quite a way to see us. We focus on basic IT stuff and tech skills that folks actually need for jobs. The sign out front has a little typo in it, says Technoligy instead of Technology, but we never got around to fixing it because everyone knows where we are anyway. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out and talk. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in every corner, just a couple of fans that hum all day. You can find us easily if you know where the bank is. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down over the G.T. Road. It is just a place to learn and get some work done without too much fuss.
