Fomada Tech Private Limited is set up at G-I/40 in Kalindipuram, Rajrooppur. It’s a pretty basic setup we’ve got going. We didn't want to be in a big corporate park, so this regular space works better for us. Being in Kalindipuram means we don't have to fight the worst of the city traffic every morning. Our work is mostly technical, which means a lot of sitting and focusing on screens for most of the day. As a private limited company, we keep everything official, but the vibe inside the office is very casual. No one wears a tie here. Most of the time, all you can hear is the fan whirring and people typing. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become part of the scenery in Rajrooppur. The office looks like a place where work actually happens, with papers piled up and cables tucked away here and there. We aren't interested in having a fancy reception area to impress people. We just want to get through our tasks and ensure the tech we work on is solid. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish something up, but that’s just part of the job. We enjoy being a local business here. It’s a practical environment for a group of people who just want to do their work. We keep things simple and stay focused on what needs to happen next.
