Our training center, Cascabel, is situated at 48A/14A in New Katra. We are right on Roamzh Road in Allahabad. It is a pretty well-known part of town because of all the students and schools nearby. Our building is a typical Allahabad structure, maybe a little older than the ones on the main road. We do a lot of training and development work here. The rooms are filled with desks and whiteboards. It’s a busy place during the week, especially in the mornings when most of the sessions happen. We don't go for any of that polished corporate look. The paint is peeling a bit in the corner and the fans make a bit of a clicking sound, but it works for us. We focus on getting the teaching done rather than how the office looks. The street outside is usually full of cycle rickshaws and students walking to their classes. It gives the place a lot of energy. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. We handle everything from the cleaning to the actual training ourselves. It is a very hands-on environment. People from all over Uttar Pradesh come to this part of the city for education, so we see a lot of different faces. We just try to provide a decent place for people to learn something new without any of the usual fuss or corporate drama.
