We’ve been working on our farming projects for a bit now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly, which means everyone chips in when there is work to be done. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves without any outside help. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep our records and meet people who are interested in what we do. We focus on the local land and what grows well in this particular climate. Sometimes the heat in Allahabad gets to be a bit much in the peak of summer, but we keep going because the plants don't wait for the weather to cool down. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know the land like the back of their hands. We don't use any of those big corporate strategies or fancy business models. We just plant, tend, and sell our produce. It's honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like when the irrigation system acts up or a delivery truck is late. But we manage to figure it out eventually.
