We are a group of farmers. Gopal Lal Gayari's place is where we handle things. It's in Jaliya, Nimbahera. We started this to help each other out. Farming is tough these days. Prices go up and down. We wanted to stay together. The name means walking together. That's what we do. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. Just a spot in the village where we meet. Everyone knows where it is. We deal with the crops we grow around here. It's mostly local people. We aren't business experts, just people who know the soil. Sometimes we have meetings to talk about what seeds to get or how to sell the harvest. It’s hard work every day. We don't use big words or have a fancy website. If you come to Nimbahera, you can find us at the VPO in Jaliya. We just try to keep things going. It's better than trying to do everything alone. We’ve been here for a bit now. Most of us grew up in these fields. We know the weather and how it changes. We just want to make sure the farmers get a fair deal for the work they put in under the sun. It's a simple setup but it works for us. The rains are unpredictable lately. When we meet at Gopal's, we drink tea and discuss the markets. It isn't always easy to agree, but that's how it goes when you have a lot of farmers in one room. We try to help with the paperwork and things that usually confuse us.
