We go by Bardiya Viksit Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our setup is located in Bardiya, which is part of the Pratapgarh area over in Chittorgarh. Ramesh Chand’s place is the main contact point for us. Most of us living here have been farming for generations, so the work is nothing new to us. We decided to register as a company just to make the business side of things a bit easier for everyone involved. It is a lot of manual labor and long hours, but we do not mind it much because it is what we know. The soil around here in Rajasthan has its own character and we deal with whatever the season throws at us. We are not trying to sell you a dream or use big corporate talk. We are just local people growing things and trying to get a fair shake at the market. You won’t find a glossy reception desk here, just some chairs and maybe a cup of tea if you stop by. It is a practical way to manage our harvests and share the work. Living in the 312623 area code means you get used to the quiet life. We focus on our daily chores and making sure the crops are looked after. It is hard work, but being together as a group makes it a little bit less stressful than doing it all alone. We just take it one day at a time and do our best.
