Our office is in Building No. 8, on the ground floor of the Hotel Shah-N-Shah Complex. It’s right on Mohanpura Road, very close to the Mohanpura Vegetable Complex. You can always smell the fresh produce in the mornings. Apsara Tours & Travels has been operating out of this spot for a good while. It's a convenient location because the market is right there. We get a lot of people stopping by after they finish their shopping. We handle all sorts of travel needs, like booking cars or getting ferry tickets for the morning boats. It can get pretty loud around here with all the people and the traffic, but we don't mind. It feels like the heart of Port Blair. We have a small staff, just a few people who handle the phones and the paperwork. We use a lot of local knowledge to help people plan their days. If someone wants to know the best time to visit the jail or where to get a good meal, we just tell them what we know. We don't have a glossy brochure or anything. We just talk to people. Most of our customers come from word of mouth. We’ve been in the 744101 zip code for years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, helping people see the islands. It’s not about being the biggest, just being there when someone needs a ride.
