You can find us in Phoenix Bay, very close to the Ritz Hotel. We are situated right across from the Tamizhar Sangam building. It’s a pretty well-known part of Port Blair. Our office is where we do all the logistics for trips around the islands. It’s a small, practical space. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. Usually, the desk is covered in maps and ferry schedules. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and boat operators because that’s the backbone of everything here. Living and working in Phoenix Bay means we are close to the water, which is helpful for keeping an eye on the boats. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. The day usually starts early before the heat gets too bad. We check the weather, talk to the guys at the harbor, and make sure the guests are getting to where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't promise anything impossible; we just try to get the basics right. The islands can be tricky with the permits and the timing of the private ferries. We just use our experience of living here to navigate those things. It's a straightforward operation. When someone walks in, they usually see us on the phone or working on a schedule. It’s just how we run things in our little office near the Ritz.
