Vsb Coconuts

We are based at No. 2/ 99 in Vadugapalayam Post, within the Udumalpet area. Vsb Coconuts is a local operation through and through. The whole place is centered around the coconut trade, and you can tell by the piles of husks and shells in the yard. It’s a very physical job. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun, sorting through the harvest and getting everything ready for the trucks. We don't have a fancy office building, just a simple room with a table and a few chairs where we take our breaks and do the accounts. The air always has that specific smell of dry coconut and earth. We don't have any big corporate goals or polished slogans. We just try to get the work done before the sun goes down. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby villages, so it feels like a community effort. Sometimes the machinery breaks down or the rains come unexpectedly, and we just have to wait it out. Udumalpet is a good place for what we do, and we’ve been here long enough that we don’t need to explain ourselves much. We drink our tea, handle the coconuts, and watch the trucks come and go. It’s not a complicated business model. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay consistent with what we do every day.
