Pollachi Coconuts

If you go down Angalakurichi Road, you’ll find us at 104, right near Vigneshwara School. This is Kottur Malayandi Pattinam Taluk, and this is where Pollachi Coconuts operates. Being around here means we are surrounded by groves, which makes sense for what we do. We handle coconuts all day long—sorting them, packing them, and getting them ready to go out. The school nearby means it gets a bit noisy when the kids are let out, but otherwise, it’s a pretty peaceful spot. We aren't a big corporation with suits; we are mostly in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty. The air always smells a bit like dry husks and fresh earth. We use a simple shed for most of our work because we don't need much more than that. Our neighbors are mostly farmers or other small business owners, so we all know each other. We don't have a website that's updated every day or a big sales team. We just rely on the quality of the nuts we get from the local trees. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit muddy, which makes loading the trucks a bit of a chore, but we get it done anyway. It's just a regular life here in the Taluk, working with what the land gives us. People know where to find us if they need a load of coconuts. We’ve been here for a long time now.
