Sm Online Services

Sm Online Services is based out of 1/101 in Kallipatty, which is in the Pollachi area of Coimbatore. It’s a small space, mostly filled with computers and a printer that jams whenever we’re in a hurry. We handle a lot of different things here, from filling out forms for people to helping with basic internet stuff. It’s mostly locals who come in, folks who aren't too comfortable with computers themselves. The room isn't very big, and it can get quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front wall directly. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their documents to print. There’s always a stack of papers on the counter that we need to file or give back. Sometimes the internet connection acts up, and we all just have to wait for it to come back. We aren't some big tech company. It’s just a couple of us trying to help people get their digital work done without too much stress. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional tractor or cow passing by. We keep the door open to let a breeze in, but that also lets in the dust from the road. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy at all. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help that day.
