Isp Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is over at 32, A Sengupta Street in Ramnagar. It’s a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you aren't used to it. Our office is on the ground floor, which is nice because it stays a bit cooler. We deal with internet and tech stuff, so there’s always the hum of computers in the background. It’s not a large team here. We are just a handful of people who know a bit about technology. The walls are a plain white, mostly covered with calendars and scribbled notes about different projects. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat our tiffins at our desks or go to the small eatery around the corner. It’s a very unpolished way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a connection, we set it up. It’s pretty basic. We’ve been in Ramnagar for a while, and we like being part of the local scene. You see the same faces every day on Sengupta Street. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. We aren't some giant corporation. We are just a small tech outfit doing what we know how to do without any bells or whistles.
