Our operation is located at Sf No. 149/ 5 in the Dynamic Center, which is over in Solavampalayam within Kinathukadavu. It’s a decent-sized spot that lets us get through our daily workload without tripping over each other too much. We focus on the technical tasks that come our way, and since we’re in an industrial-type center, we’re surrounded by others doing much the same thing. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We show up, have some tea, and then get into whatever the schedule says for that day. It’s not always organized perfectly, but the important stuff gets done. We handle a lot of different requests and sometimes the workshop gets a bit loud with all the activity. We don't have any big marketing brochures or a team of salespeople. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here and what we’re capable of handling. The Kinathukadavu area is good for us because it’s out of the main city rush but still accessible enough. You might see some dust on the shelves and a few coffee rings on the desks, but that’s because we’re actually working. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’d rather spend that time making sure the output is right. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now without any complaints.
