Bharath & Innovations

Bharath & Innovations is located at No-12 in R S Puram, over in Mahalingapuram. It’s a bit of a mix of houses and small businesses around here. Our place is tucked in between a few other buildings. It’s not a large factory, just a decent-sized workspace where we try out different things. We called it innovations because we like to see if we can make things work better, but we aren't scientists. We’re just regular folks who like tinkering with stuff. The office part is just a desk in the corner with a phone that rings too much. Most of the time we are out on the floor. It can get a bit loud when the equipment is running. R S Puram is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. There isn't a lunchroom, so we usually just eat our tiffins together on the workbenches. It’s a friendly atmosphere. Everyone just talks to each other instead of sending emails. Sometimes we stay late if a project is interesting, but usually, we head out on time to beat the traffic. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big promises. Jobs are taken as they come and we try to figure them out. It’s just a small team of us trying to make a living and doing some decent work in the process. We like keeping things straightforward without any extra layers of management or rules.
