Venkatesh Aggics Llp is basically run from Ashutosh Pandey’s place in the Naya Bhojpur area. Specifically, we are located in the Bhojpur Jadid Tola, which is part of the Dumraon block in Buxar. This part of Bihar is really known for its agriculture, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to organize the local agricultural work a bit better than it was before. We focus mostly on what is happening in our own backyard. Ashutosh’s house is where we keep all our files and meet up to talk about our plans. It is a very casual setup, honestly. People from the village stop by all the time just to see what is going on or to tell us about their crops. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just help out with general farming needs. Whether it is sourcing seeds or finding the right tools, we try to figure out a way to get things done for the community. The roads around here can be a real mess during the monsoon season, so we spend a lot of time just figuring out how to move stuff around without getting stuck. We are just local people who know the land and the people who live on it. There is no corporate polish here, just honest talk and a lot of hard work.
