We operate out of house number 26, which is pretty close to Shivam Enclave in the Anandpuri area. This is near S.K. Puri in Patna. The business is run by the family, starting with Upendra Rai and remembering Late Dularchand Rai. We are in the biotech and agro sector, but since it's an OPC, it is a small setup. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the daily tasks. Living and working in Patna means there is always noise and traffic outside, but we manage. We aren't some big lab with hundreds of employees. It is more of a practical operation where we focus on the biotech side of farming. Being in Anandpuri is convenient because it's a central spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting local contacts who need help with their agricultural projects. The building is just a regular house, really. People sometimes struggle to find it if they aren't looking for Shivam Enclave first. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just a simple workplace where the work gets done. There are always papers piled up on the desks and samples waiting to be checked. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of the biotech requirements. We've been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy in the city. We keep it simple and get through the pile of work.
