We operate out of an office in Patna, specifically at Flat No. 202 in Rekha Mansion. It’s located in the Doctor's Colony area of Kankarbagh. This is a residential and professional part of town, so it's usually pretty quiet around the building. The office belongs to the Tata Teleservices branch here, and we handle various telecom-related tasks from this second-floor flat. It’s not a big glass tower; it’s just a regular apartment building where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We spend most of our time dealing with service issues, paperwork, and keeping the local network stuff running as it should. There’s a lot of coming and going of staff, but we try to keep things orderly. Working in Kankarbagh is convenient because it’s well-connected to the rest of Patna. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use corporate lingo; we just have a job to do and we do it. Sometimes the lift in Rekha Mansion is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We have our files, our computers, and our tea breaks just like anyone else. Most people in Doctor's Colony probably don't even realize we're up here in Flat 202. We just stay focused on the technical side of the phones and internet services and try to stay out of the way while we handle the daily logs.
