A 2 Z Service

A 2 Z Service is located in Kumar Tower, on the first floor. We are in Shop No 19, right near the Boring Road crossing. If you know Patna, you know how busy this crossing gets. There is always noise from the traffic and people shouting, but once you come up to the first floor, it is a bit quieter. Our shop is not huge. We have shelves filled with tools and parts because we do a lot of different service jobs. It is called A 2 Z because we try to handle whatever comes our way, from fixing things to helping out with local needs. The stairs in Kumar Tower are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to be careful. We have been here for a long time, and the other shopkeepers around us are like family. We usually have a bit of music playing on a small radio while we work. It is not a polished office with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We might be busy with a repair, so you might have to wait a minute. We use simple tools and our own hands to get things working again. Boring Road is a great place to be because everyone passes through here eventually. We are just a local shop trying to be useful to the neighborhood and earn a living without any fancy talk or complicated rules.
