If you have ever walked through Grand Plaza on Frazer Road, you might have seen our sign. Bon Tours & Travels has been sitting in this spot for a while now. We handle a lot of the usual stuff, like booking tickets or trying to figure out bus schedules for people who come in. It is a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, honestly. Frazer Road is always crowded, so there is usually someone coming in asking about prices or where they should go for a holiday. We do not try to act like we know everything, but we have seen enough over the years to give a straight answer. It is a small team here. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls to hotels in different cities. Sometimes the computer systems go down and we have to do things the old way with a pen and paper, which can be a bit of a pain. We just try to help people get from one place to another without too many problems. It is a regular job for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk to people all day long. Some days are better than others, especially when the trains are all booked up and everyone is frustrated. We just stay here and keep trying to find a way to make it work. It is just life in the city.
