Our office is down in Bhopal, located at G-27/1 in Mata Mandir South, T.T. Nagar. It’s a well-known part of the city, and being in Madhya Pradesh, the pace is a little different than what you might find in a place like Delhi. We deal with telecommunications, which sounds complicated but mostly involves making sure people can stay connected with their families and businesses. The building is a standard one for this area. We have been here for quite some time now, and the office has that slightly worn-in look that comes with years of actual work. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters; it’s just where we come to do our jobs every day. The staff here are mostly locals who know Bhopal inside and out. We spend a lot of time looking at service requests and trying to figure out why a line is down or how to get a new connection set up. It can be frustrating when things don't go right, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our schedules and our tools. The area around Mata Mandir is usually busy, so there’s always something to see out the window while we work. We just keep our heads down and try to provide a decent service to the people who rely on us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
