Our business operates out of Exhibition Road, specifically in Flats 203 and 204 at the Ambition Residency. Jyoti Singhania and Sujeet Kumar Singhania are the ones behind the whole operation here. It is an interesting setup because we are located in a residency building, but we manage to keep the snack industry side of things moving along just fine. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the paperwork and the snack samples everywhere, but we make it work for us. We are not a giant factory with thousands of people. It is a much smaller and more personal thing. We spend our days coordinating between the production site and our customers. There is always a lot of back and forth on the phone. Exhibition Road is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We do not really go for the corporate polish or the fancy language. Our desks are usually covered in handwritten notes and half-eaten lunches. It is a real working environment where things get done. We focus on the snacks and making sure they get where they need to go. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a machine breaking down, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how life goes in this business. We are not fancy people. We just know the snack trade and put in the hours every day.
