Mausam Munch

We are over at Mauryalok Complex on Dak Bunglow Road in Patna. Most people find us because we are right near Basant Vihar Restaurant and the Archies Gallery. It’s a busy spot in the city. We’ve been running Mausam Munch here for a bit now, just serving up snacks and food to whoever walks in. It gets pretty crowded around lunch and in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or finishing work. The address is B 76, and if you know the area, it's pretty easy to spot. We don't have a big fancy team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work, making sure things are ready for the customers. Sometimes the traffic on Dak Bunglow Road is a total mess, but that is just Patna for you. We keep the place tidy and try to get the food out quick. People stop by after buying cards at Archies or having a meal next door. It’s a small space, nothing too big, but it works for what we do. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like being part of the local community here. We just focus on the cooking and keeping the counters clean. There isn’t much more to it than that. We are open most days and just keep things moving along. If you are around Mauryalok, you will probably see our sign right near the entrance.
