Gandhis Dazy Sweet

We are located on Frazer Road in Patna, right near the Vishal Mega Mart. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been making sweets here for a long time. The shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into it. Every morning, the milk arrives and we start the process of making the different bases for our sweets. It takes a lot of patience to get the consistency right. We don’t use machines for everything; a lot of it is done by hand with big stirring spoons. My brothers and I take turns behind the counter. We see families coming in to buy boxes for weddings or festivals. It makes the shop feel very alive when the festive season starts. Sometimes the traffic on Frazer Road makes it hard for people to park, but they still find a way to stop by. We don't have a fancy logo or a glossy brochure. We just put the sweets in the glass cases and hope people like what they see. The floor is old tile, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy cooking and serving to worry about that right now. We just focus on making sure the sugar syrup is just right and the milk is fresh every day. It’s what we’ve always done, and it’s how we keep the shop running year after year.
