We are set up in Flat No. 602 at Kumarranjan Enclave. It is right near the Bahadurpur flyover, so you can always hear the cars and trucks passing by outside. It's a bit of a noisy spot, but it makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming from across the area. Reena Chaudhary is the person whose name is on the door, and we’ve been running things from here for a while now. Sonam Agrotech is basically just a group of us trying to make sense of the agro business in this part of the region. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office, just the usual chairs and some old fans that hum. Being on the sixth floor means we get a decent view, though we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to folks in the trade. The flyover used to be under construction which was a mess, but now it’s finished, things move faster. We handle the paperwork for the agricultural side of things, making sure the distributions are going where they should. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, and we just sit around and talk until it comes back. We try to be practical. If someone needs seeds or advice on the season, we do what we can. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough with the day-to-day tasks.
