Skynet Farmer Producer Company Limited

Skynet Farmer Producer Company is located in Bairia village, specifically in the Bairia Tola area. We work out of Amit Kumar’s place. Champaran is a place with a lot of farming history, and we are just trying to keep that going in our own way. Our day starts early because that is just how life is in the village. We walk through the fields and talk to the neighbors about what they are planting this year. The office isn't much to look at, just a room with a few chairs and a lot of registers. We spend most of our time outside anyway. The roads in this part of Champaran can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we have to plan our transport carefully. It is a lot of coordination between the different families in the panchayat. We handle the seeds, the tools, and the eventual harvest. It’s a basic operation without any big bells and whistles. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops are handled right. People stop by Amit’s house all the time to chat or ask for advice on their crops. It feels like a big family more than a business most days. We just keep our heads down and focus on the dirt and the plants.
