Shandilya Agricon Private Limited

We spend most of our time here in Bapu Nagar North Mandiri. It is a busy part of Patna, especially near the New Capital area. Shandilya Agricon Private Limited started because we saw a lot of farmers needing stuff for their land. Some days the office is just quiet with us writing things down, and other days it is a bit of a mess with people coming in. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we try to figure out the agriculture side of things. Living in Patna means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but it’s home. The work we do involves a lot of talking to people about their crops. Sometimes the rain helps, sometimes it doesn't. We just keep going. It is not always easy to manage everything, especially with the traffic outside our door in North Mandiri, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our part with the seeds and the soil here in Bihar. There is always something to fix or someone to call. Most of the time, we are just happy when the day ends and we have finished the paperwork. It is practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. We've been at this for a while now and the neighborhood knows where to find us if they need something for their farm.
