Sagar Siddha Mahila Kishan Producer Company Limited

We started this thing over at Sanju Devi's place in Panchvill Golakpur. It's right in Tola Bairamsarai, which most people around Ghoshi know pretty well. We are just a group of local women trying to manage our farming work better together as Sagar Siddha Mahila Kishan Producer Company Limited. It gets busy here, especially during harvest when the trucks are coming in and out. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids, so forming a company felt like the next step to keep things organized. Balmiki Prasad helps out too, and we use the space there to meet up and talk about what we need for the next season. It isn't a fancy office with big desks or anything like that. Usually, we just sit around and figure out who needs what seeds or how we’re going to get the produce to the market. Some days it is quite dusty and loud with the tractors, but that’s just how life is here in the village. We don't have a big team of experts, just ourselves and our families making sure the work gets done. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing because none of us are office people, but we manage. If you come looking for us, just ask for the house near the main path in Tola Bairamsarai. We are usually there working on something or other related to the farm.
