Radhe Shyam Bio Agrotech & Services Private Limited

We are set up at Radheshyam Yadav’s place in Krishnapuri. It’s Ward Number 4, right near BSS College in the Nagar Parisad area. Radhe Shyam Bio Agrotech & Services Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We do a mix of things, mostly bio-agriculture and helping out with various farm services. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but the work is pretty basic. We spend a lot of time looking at how to make the soil better without using too many harsh chemicals. Being near the college is handy because there's always people around. It’s not a fancy shop. It’s more of a home-based office where we keep our tools and our records. We talk to farmers about their problems and try to find a solution that works for them specifically. Sometimes the solutions are simple, and sometimes they take a few months to show results. We don’t have a flashy website or anything like that. We just talk to people. Most of our day is spent visiting different plots of land or waiting for deliveries. We know most of the people in the ward. It’s a friendly place. We just want to do our job well so the people who trust us get a good harvest. It’s hard work, but someone has to do the technical side of the farming business. We just keep our heads down and work.
