Pathos Agriculture Projects Private Limited

Pathos Agriculture Projects Private Limited is run out of Ashutosh Kumar Prabhakar’s place in Village Patut. We are part of the Patut panchayat, in Tola Patut, which is in the Bikram block. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from around these parts, but we like it that way. We focus on agriculture projects, which mostly means we help organize how things are grown and sold around Bikram. Ashutosh spends a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the gate. We aren't a huge team. We have a few people who help with the numbers and the planning. It’s practical work. We don't spend money on fancy things because we’d rather just keep the project going. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific crop or a new idea, but we usually figure it out over a meal. The village is small, so everyone knows what Pathos is doing. We don't try to hide anything or act like we are better than the other farmers. We are just a private company trying to make agriculture a bit more organized for the people in Patut. It’s a daily grind, checking on the fields and making sure the supplies are coming in. We don't have a lot of polished stories to tell, just the reality of working in the dirt every day.
