Agroma Farm Services Private Limited is based at H No 214, Ward No 56 in the Badi Pahari area. This is part of the Patna Sadar block. We run our operations from the home of Bibha Gupta. Even though we are located near the city of Patna, our focus is entirely on providing services to farmers. We work with local people who are trying to manage their land and their crops more effectively. It is a small, quiet operation. We do not have a big shop or a lot of signs up. Most of the people who work with us found out about us through word of mouth right here in Badi Pahari. We help with various parts of the farming process, from the initial planning to the time when the goods are ready to be sold. It is busy work because the agricultural cycle never really stops. We use simple language because we are just regular people working hard. We do not have time for corporate talk or making promises we cannot keep. We just look at the problems people are having on their farms and try to find a way to help them out. Being in Ward No 56, we are a real part of this community. We know the local families and the specific challenges they face with their small plots of land. We just try to be useful and keep the business running in a way that makes sense for everyone involved.
