Rachna Textile Agencies is over on Bmdas Road in Patna. We are specifically in the Bankipur area with the 800 004 pin code. The office is full of textile samples and big books of different fabrics that we deal with every day. It’s often quite dusty because of the road outside but that’s just how things are in this part of Patna. We’ve been running this agency for a while and we have built up a routine that works for us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just connect people with the textiles they need and handle the agency side of things. The Bmdas Road area is pretty lively and there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking from the rickshaws. Inside the office we have a couple of heavy wooden desks and some shelves that are probably too full. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just open up in the morning and see what needs to be sorted out for the day. Sometimes we have tea with the other traders on the street and talk about how the market is doing. It’s a very local way of doing business and we don’t really want it any other way. Dealing with textiles is a lot of work but it’s what we know. We just keep going one day at a time here in Bihar.
