Avid is based right here in Patna, pin code 800008. We’ve been operating out of this part of Bihar for some time now. It’s a lively neighborhood, and we’re right in the thick of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and get to work. We started Avid because we wanted to do something useful in our own city. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street, but that’s just Patna for you. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just honest work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather is too hot, but we keep moving forward. We have a small team of people who actually care about the projects we take on. You won’t find any shiny marble floors here. Instead, you’ll find desks piled with papers and some old chairs that have seen better days. We prefer it that way because it feels like home. We’ve made some good friends in the area over the years. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or discussing how to solve the next problem that comes up. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families at the end of the day. That’s the reality of it. We don't overthink things much.
