Our office at 106 79 is right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a typical Kanpur street, full of life and a bit of grime. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street. The office itself is pretty basic. We have desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to never get smaller. Being part of the Power Grid setup means we have a lot of technical things to keep track of, but we try to keep the atmosphere here pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day unless there’s a really big meeting. Most of the time, it’s just casual clothes and hard work. Kanpur is a tough city sometimes, with the heat and the crowds, but we like it here. It feels real. We get our work done, have some snacks from the vendors nearby, and head home when the sun goes down. There’s no marketing team here making us look polished. We are just regular people working on the power lines and keeping the lights on for the rest of the state. Kanpur is our home base.
