Peasantsbarn Harvest Private Limited

We are based out of Haweli Kharagpur in Munger. Our office is over at Bichchhichancher, and you can usually find Abhishek Anand around there handling the day-to-day stuff. Peasantsbarn Harvest Private Limited isn't a massive corporation with fancy suits. It is just a group of us trying to manage the harvest cycles properly. The work here is mainly about the crops and making sure they get handled right after they come out of the fields. Living and working in Bihar means you have to deal with the heat and the dust, but that’s just part of life. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out the best way to move things along. Sometimes the equipment breaks or the trucks are late, and we just have to fix it on the fly. It's not always pretty, but we get it done. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and meet people. We've been in this area for a bit, so we know the roads and the seasons pretty well. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the piles of grain or whatever else is coming in that week. It’s a simple life running a business like this. We just keep our heads down and work.
