Orion Calltech

Orion Calltech is set up over in Patna, specifically at Indira Nagar, Road No 5. You’ll find us at Abhay Kumar's place in the Chiryatand area. It’s a well-known part of Patna 1, so it’s not too hard to get to if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. We run a call center operation here, which means it can get pretty loud with everyone on the phones at the same time. We have rows of desks and headsets everywhere. It’s a busy environment and we’re usually working through a long list of calls every day. Bihar has a lot of people looking for this kind of work, so we stay pretty full. The office is functional. We don't have fancy lights or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where people come to work their shifts. Chiryatand is a central location, which helps our staff get here without too much trouble. We’ve been on Road No 5 for a good while now. The building is just a normal house that’s been converted into a workspace. It feels a bit more personal than those huge sterile call centers you see in big cities. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the backup, but that’s just part of working here. We focus on getting our calls done and keeping things organized. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to do our best every day. That is about it for us.
