You can find us over at Bindubala, which is the name of the house we use for Non in the CDA Colony. It is Sri Raj Rup Sinha’s place, number RTH, located in Shastri Nagar, Patna. Being near Nijdham makes it easy for people to give directions when they are coming to see us. Patna can get really hot, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the fans are pointed in the right direction. The house itself has a lot of character, and we have taken over a couple of the rooms to set up our workstations. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when we have a lot of thinking to do. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to stay organized and keep things moving forward. Sometimes the gate squeaks when someone comes in, and we keep saying we will oil it, but we never do. We have some old wooden chairs that are surprisingly comfortable if you sit in them the right way. Most of our day is spent handling local tasks and talking to people on the phone. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on being here in Shastri Nagar and doing what we said we would do. It is a straightforward way of working that suits our personalities and the way things move here.
