Naubatpur Bikram Farmers Producercompany Limited

We are a group of farmers who started Naubatpur Bikram Farmers Producercompany Limited. Most of us live and work right here in the Sangrampur and Bikram areas. It isn't a fancy business setup with glass buildings or anything like that. We actually run things out of Sidhnath Sharma’s house in the Panch-Mahajpura neighborhood of Sangrampur. If you know the block, you know it’s mostly just people working their fields and hoping for decent rain. We decided to get together to make the business side of farming a bit easier for everyone around here. It’s a local effort. We spend our days dealing with the soil, the seeds, and the local markets. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. The house is a busy place, especially during the planting and harvest seasons when everyone has questions or needs something. We don't use big marketing words because we aren't marketing people. We are just farmers. Being in the Naubatpur Bikram area means we are part of the community. We see our neighbors every day and that’s who we work for. It’s a simple life, and this company is just a tool to help us keep doing what we’ve always done. We handle our own stuff and try to keep things moving. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes with the schedules, but we are real people doing real work in our own village.
