Menkar Foods Private Limited is located over at Gajendra Singh’s place in Malik Katra. If you know the Deohalia area, you know it's a quiet spot near the Ramgarh police station. We deal with food products, mostly stuff grown right around here in the village. It isn't a big factory like you see in the movies, just a practical setup where we can get things packed and ready. My cousin and I started talking about this a couple of years back while sitting under the trees. We realized we could do more if we had a proper company name, so we registered it. The building in Deohalia is where we keep the records and handle the logistics of moving the bags around. It's often a bit messy with empty crates and bags of grain lying about, but we know where everything is. Gajendra helps keep the place running while the rest of us are out checking on the supplies. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just get the food from the farms and try to get it to where it needs to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the rain slows us down because the roads in Malik Katra get muddy, but we just wait it out and start again the next day. It's just a small local operation, nothing more than that.
