We set up Manjhaul Agrotech (Opc) Private Limited right here in Majhaul village. Most days, you’ll find us over at Chandra Bhushan Sharma's place. It’s part of the Panch Manjhaul-3 area. Living and working in a village means things move a bit slower, but that's just how we like it. The roads can be dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the power goes out, so we sit outside for a bit, I guess. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a simple spot in the village where we get our work done. My desk is usually covered in papers and some old coffee mugs. Neighbors walk by and wave. It’s a quiet life here in Bihar. We don't even have a big sign out front yet, but everyone around here knows where Chandra Bhushan Sharma’s house is. It’s easy to find once you get into the main part of Majhaul. We started this small thing because we wanted to be close to home. Working in the city never felt right for us. Here, we know the soil and the people. The morning air is fresh, and the evening is even better when the sun starts to go down over the fields. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. It's a modest life, and we are just trying to keep the books balanced and the neighbors happy.
