Maintance

Our business, which we call Maintance, is based in New Delhi at Hn201, Rn5 C in Jasola. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it. We mostly do maintenance and repair work for buildings and homes around the area. Our office is more like a workshop than a corporate space. We have tools, spare parts, and ladders leaning against the walls. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We are usually out on jobs for most of the day, but this is where we come back to organize our schedules and keep our equipment in order. Jasola is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of New Delhi relatively easily, depending on the traffic of course. We started this business because we liked fixing things and it just grew from there. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy mission statements. We just believe in showing up and doing the job right so that things stay working. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or nearby blocks who know us by name. We’ve been at this Jasola address for a long time and the neighbors are used to seeing our van parked out front. It’s just us, a few workers who know how to handle a wrench or a circuit breaker, trying to make a living in the city and keeping things running.
