Our office is tucked away in Kanti Bhawan, which is over in Diwan Mohalla. If you know the area around Nauzer Ghat, you've probably passed by us without even noticing. We're near the Jhauganj post office and the Khajkala police station. It's an old part of the city with narrow lanes and a lot of history. Mahadh Security Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant firm with hundreds of offices. We are right here in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time dealing with security stuff, mostly guards and basic systems for people nearby. The building, Kanti Bhawan, has seen a lot of years. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the streets a bit messy, but we keep the doors open. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just know our corner of the world pretty well. Most of the guys working here live nearby too. We sit around, drink some tea, and handle the schedules for the guards. It’s practical work. There's no script when you call us. You just talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We've got our piles of logs and ledgers and we try to stay organized, even if the office looks a bit lived-in. It's been this way for a long time.
