Dezire Bpo Services is over at the Jagat Trade Center on Fraser Road. We are in room 104. Fraser Road is always packed with people and cars. It’s the heart of the city, really. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough room for the computers and the headsets. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. The air conditioner hums constantly because it gets stuffy with all the machines running. We spend a lot of time looking at screens. The building itself is quite old. The elevator sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise I suppose. We handle different kinds of back-office work. It’s mostly data and talking to people on the phone. We don't have any fancy lounge or anything. Just a small corner for the water filter and a place to eat lunch. People come and go. It’s a busy environment. We try to keep things moving. Fraser Road has plenty of food stalls nearby, so lunch is never a problem. You can hear the street noise even through the glass windows. It’s just the way things are in a trade center. We keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a regular job for regular people. We stay until the shift ends and then head out into the evening traffic. It’s the same routine most days.
