Rama Enterprises

Rama Enterprises is located in Birla Colony, right along the Danapur Main Road in Digha. We are pretty easy to spot since we are quite near the Government College ITI. Because of the college, there are always a lot of young people and teachers around, which keeps the energy up in this area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good number of years now. It’s a general enterprise where we deal with various supplies and services that people in the colony and the surrounding areas need for their daily routines. Our shop is pretty basic—just some shelves, a counter, and a lot of items that have been there for a while. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s more of a place where you come to find that one specific thing you need for a project or for your home. We know the area like the back of our hand and have seen the main road get busier and busier over time. Sometimes the dust from the road is a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and get on with our work. We don’t really do any fancy advertising or have a big social media presence. Most of our customers are people who have been living in Digha for years and know they can just walk in and talk to us. We try to be fair and helpful, and that seems to be enough to keep us going. It’s just a normal, local business.
