Alfa Infotech

Alfa Infotech is just a small shop tucked away on Ramna Road. If you are standing right opposite Patna University, you will probably see our sign without much trouble. We are at Shop 02. To be honest, the place is usually a bit of a mess with computer parts and cables lying around on the counters. It’s just how we work. We spend most of our time looking at broken laptop screens or trying to figure out why someone's hard drive stopped spinning. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Most of our customers are students from the university across the street who need a quick fix or some help with their software. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the neighbors know us pretty well. Sometimes we have to tell people their computer is too old to fix, which is never fun, but we try to be straight with everyone. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and students walking by. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. If someone needs help, they just walk in through the door. We might be a bit slow if we have a lot of repairs backed up, but we always try to get to every machine eventually. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
