We are located at the Jeevika Bpiubisnu Sadan on Station Road in Fatuha. Maasheetala Jeevika Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is a group of women farmers from this area. Most of us have been working in the fields for a long time, and we decided it was better to work together than alone. Our office is right near the Fatuha post office. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We aren't a big, polished company. We are just local women who know how to grow crops and want to get a fair deal for our hard work. We spend our days talking about seeds, the price of fertilizer, and how the weather is affecting our harvests. It’s not easy work, and we often have to balance it with our families and other chores. But we find the time because it matters. We don't have any fancy marketing people. What you see is what you get. We are practical and we focus on the things that actually help us in the field. Sometimes we have meetings to learn new ways of planting or to figure out how to transport our goods. It’s a slow process, but we are making it work day by day. We are just trying to build something steady for our community here in Fatuha. It’s about the land and the women who farm it. We don't need any big corporate logos to prove we're real.
