Kota Namkeen

Kota Namkeen is situated at Plot No.10, Gali No.170, in Block No Y of Khajpura Chorwa. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but we are near the Indira Gandhi Circle, which helps. Our shop is right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. We spend our time making different types of namkeen and snacks. The kitchen area is where the real work happens, with the big stoves going and the smell of spices filling the air. It’s a small family-style operation. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just make the snacks, put them in packets, and sell them to the people who stop by. The gali can be a bit narrow, and sometimes it’s a squeeze when deliveries come in. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby or pass through the circle on their way home. It’s a lot of repetitive work, frying and seasoning, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use any fancy machines, mostly just doing things by hand like it’s always been done. It is just a plain, local snack business trying to keep the shelves full and the neighbors happy. We don't really do much else besides this, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
