Our office is at 102 in The Crescent Apartment, which is in the Ali Nagar colony area. We are right near the Bank of India in Anisabad. It is a bit of a different setup being in an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle the business side of things from here, making sure the bhujia gets to where it needs to go. Anisabad is a busy part of town and there is always something happening outside the gates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at ledger books. It is not the most exciting work, but it has to be done. We have sacks of samples sitting in the corners sometimes. The building is quiet enough most of the day, which helps us focus. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters on the walls. It is just desks, chairs, and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets humid. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working and we have to carry things up the stairs, which is a good workout I guess. We are just local people trying to keep the brand moving forward without making too much of a fuss. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs to talk to us, they just come by the apartment and we sit down and have a chat.
