We are based at 401 Shyama Bhawan on Boring Canal Road. That’s where Grhinee Agro Private Limited operates from every day. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of all the city traffic down below. Boring Canal Road is always a mess with cars, rickshaws, and people, but inside our office, it’s mostly just us trying to stay focused. We focus on the agro sector, mostly helping with the distribution side of things for local growers. It’s a busy part of Patna so there’s always some kind of noise happening outside the window. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The elevator works most of the time, but we sometimes end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry to meet someone. Our team isn't very big, just a few people who have lived here all their lives and know the business well. We spend our mornings responding to messages and our afternoons dealing with various suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. There’s no big neon sign outside, just a small nameplate near the door. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and quiet. We don't do much marketing or promotion; we just talk to the people we already know. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed at the city borders. It’s just part of the job. We drink our coffee, talk about the latest market prices, and try to get the work finished by the time the sun goes down.
