Gokulshree Agro (Opc) Private Limited

Our place, Gokulshree Agro (Opc) Private Limited, is based in Harnichak, right over in Anisabad. We work out of Champa Kumari Yadav’s spot. It’s a local operation, nothing too loud or big. Mostly we focus on the agricultural side of things because that's what we know best. It gets pretty dusty out here during the dry season, which makes keeping the office clean a real chore. We’ve got a small team here. Some days it’s just one or two of us making sure the inventory is in order and the phone is answered. People around Harnichak know where we are, though the traffic near the main Anisabad road can be a real headache in the evenings. We deal with various farm products and try to stay busy throughout the year. It started out as a small project and just stayed that way mostly, which suits us fine. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or shiny furniture, just a practical space to get things done. We talk to the farmers regularly and figure out what they need for the next planting season. Sometimes the power goes out for hours and we just sit outside on the plastic chairs and wait for it to come back on. That’s just how it is around here. It’s a simple life, working with the land and the local community. We aren't looking to change the world, just want to keep the business running and help out our neighbors. It’s steady work and that’s enough for us.
