This is Gaurav Bharti Enterprises. We are located in Fatuha, which is near Patna in Bihar. The zip code is 803201. Being out here in Fatuha is different than being in the middle of a big city. It’s a bit more spread out and people know each other by name. I’ve been running things here for a while now. We call it an enterprise on the paperwork, but really it’s just me and a small crew of local guys who know the trade. We handle various bits of business that come our way throughout the month. The post office is close by, which helps with all the mail and packages we have to send out. Patna isn't too far of a drive if we need something specific we can't get locally. It’s a practical setup for us. The building we’re in is sturdy, mostly concrete and brick, nothing fancy to look at from the road. We don't have a big website or spend money on ads. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. It’s been that way since the start. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news, but most days there’s enough to keep us on our toes. I like the people here in Bihar. They’re straightforward and don’t expect a lot of fluff or fancy talk. That’s how I try to run the place. Just honest work and being available when someone needs help with an order. We just keep moving forward.
